Toddler Books for Easter

March 28, 2021 by Anne Campbell Leave a Comment

Toddler Books for Easter--fun books to fill their baskets!

Filling an Easter basket for little ones can be a challenge if you want to stay away from cheap novelty items and candies that could be chocking hazards.

Books are always a wonderful choice! They also last a lot longer than little plastic trinkets!

We love these two excellent toddler books for Easter.

Jelly Bean Blessings

Jelly Bean Blessings is a colorfully illustrated story about the blessings of spring. Cute animal characters celebrate springime flowers, rain showers, gardens, nature hikes, and more. The rhyming text also features repeating words for a fun read-aloud experience:

Let’s feed the birds with care.

Their songs will fill the air.

It feels good when we share!

SCOOP, SCOOP, SCOOP.

Let’s fill the feeder full!

Little learners will learn more about the season of spring as they thank God for the fun joys it brings. Even though this book is perfect for Easter, little ones will enjoy the story of Jelly Bean Blessings all through the spring season.

God, I Know You’re There

For curious preschoolers who are ready to learn more about God, God, I Know You’re There is a wonderful exploration of the nearness of God.

This book shows how God is ever present all around us, even if we cannot see Him.

Just like the feel of the invisible wind, or the warmth of the sun, God is there. Even though we are unable to touch stars and rainbows, we know they are there.

God, I can’t see You.

Still I know You’re there.

You’re in the love I give away–

The sparkle when I care.

Little ones and parents alike will be reassured that God is with us everywhere. This book truly takes an abstract concept and explains it in a way that preschoolers will understand. God, I Know You’re There is a beautiful book with a beautiful message.

These quality toddler books for Easter are sure to bring a smile and many days of reading!

The publisher provided review copies of Jelly Bean Blessings and God, I Know You’re There.
