A Homeschool Planner for a Year-Round Schedule

After trying many different planners over all of our years of homeschooling, I have found that I need something that I can customize to meet my needs and that comes in a format that allows me to move pages around, add, or remove them as needed. The best method for me is something that I can print as needed and store in a binder with dividers. This method not only saves money, but it also saves me a ton of time. This new updated planner by a year-round homeschooler herself is truly a Godsend for my homeschool.

The Essential Year Round Homeschooling Planner

Misty from Year Round Homeschooling has designed a planner that covers all of my homeschool organizing needs. The Essential Year Round Homeschooling Planner is a digital, undated homeschooling planner that contains every planning resource that I need for year-round homeschooling!

The Essential Year Round Homeschooling Planner features everything needed to plan an entire year:

  • 80+ Pages
  • Undated
  • Pre-planning section
  • Homeschool curriculum shopping section
  • Year round homeschooling schedule options included
  • Monthly, weekly and quarterly planning pages
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly review pages
  • Attendance and grading logs
  • Grading charts
  • Field trip ideas
  • Notes and brainstorming pages

The pre-planning section is my favorite feature, and it includes items that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. Taking the time to plan ahead with these pages is a real bonus and keeps our focus on track. Everything from spouse’s days off, prospective vacation dates, to curriculum shopping is included here. This section is especially helpful for newbie homeschool moms who need guidance getting started. And for veteran homeschool moms like me, having an overall ‘big picture’ plan is really helpful for creating goals for the year.

There are monthly and quarterly review pages with sections for evaluating where we are and where we ‘should’ be at each stage of the year. These pages are great for keeping the end goals in mind, and they work really well with the type of schoolwork my older learners are doing. Independent learner pages are also ideal for high school studies, as well as unschooling or relaxed homeschooling. Only a homeschool mom would think up all the features to include in this planner, and Misty has really done year-round homeschooling moms a great service with this product.

Take a look for yourself!

The Essential Year Round Homeschooling Planner benefits:

  • One time purchase
  • Print only what you need, when you need it
  • Works with any homeschooling schedule
  • Use with any homeschooling method
  • Easy to use for multiple students
  • Grading charts make reporting/tracking easy
  • Learn to shop smart and save money
  • Plan well by planning less

In addition to being beautifully designed, The Essential Year Round Homeschooling Planner is a must for keeping track of all of the details needed for compliance with my homeschool accountability association. It is far better to plan ahead than to scramble at the end of the year to gather information.
