Have you jointed the Instant Pot craze yet? I have been so intrigued by this type of cooking! Especially seeing so many mom bloggers who swear by their Instant Pot. I have been an avid fan of slow cooker meals and couldn’t wait to try pressure cooking.

Featuring 75+ recipes from an experienced food blogger, The Essential Instant Pot Cookbook is authorized by the company that makes this cooking device. For newbies to this way of cooking, this essential resource includes pages of tips and how-to’s for getting started cooking this way. There are several of charts and lists of crucial equipment, as well as troubleshooting suggestions and common questions and answers.

Fresh and Foolproof Recipes

The recipes include: breakfast, beans and grains, soups and chilis, poultry, beef and pork, vegetables and side dishes, desserts, and pantry staples like marinara sauce, broths, and even yogurt and applesauce. The recipes are clear and fairly easy to follow. I wish there were more color photographs of the finished meals, since I am a visual cook. In addition, it would be helpful to have the preparation and cooking times more prominently featured.

From how to properly season, to having realistic expectations of the results, this book is a valuable resource for planning ahead for successful meals.
